WAUSAU – Wausau RiverWolves forward Mitch Idalski has committed to play Division 2 (ACHA) college hockey at Utah State, the Wausau RiverWolves announced this week.

Idalski, a native of Grand Forks, North Dakota, played in 92 games over his two years with the RiverWolves, the team said. In those games, he recorded 70 points with 29 goals and 41 assists. Idalski also captained the 2019-20 RiverWolves. He becomes the 11th former RiverWolves player to commit to play college hockey.

“Mitch is a player that brings excellent energy to everything he does on the ice and we are looking forward to following his collegiate career at Utah State,” said Head Coach Colin Bailey in a news release.
