WAUSAU – Nancy Kostroski, medical records assistant from Ascension at Home was honored with the second quarter High Five award. 

Kostroski was recognized for her exceptional interpersonal skills with patients, families, peers and colleagues. She demonstrated mutual trust, respect and emotional support to all. She created a sense of community and generated enthusiasm and energy. And she listened to others not only with her ears, but with her heart.

High Five winners are chosen by a committee of colleagues from various departments and agencies. These nominations are submitted by associates, patients or patient families throughout the Ascension at Home agencies in Wisconsin.
