Wausau Area Mobile Meals: On-Site Friday Morning Office Assistance. Between 8:30 and 10 a.m. each Friday, labels need to be adhered to meals for seniors in our area. Blood Center of Northcentral WI: Donate Blood. During the donation process, only one pint of blood is drawn. People in need may not live without it. Healthy donors without any cold symptoms. Call 715 -842- 0761 first to make an appointment.

Big Brothers Big Sisters of Northcentral WI: Write a Note. Many children are on the waiting list to have a Big Brother or Big Sister. For these children, a note with positive messages will mean a lot while they wait for a match. Send a note, a joke, a coloring page, or printed fun crossword to the office to be forwarded to a child. Good News Project: Medical Equipment Donations. Knee scooters, lift chairs, short walkers (for users 4’6″ – 5’3″), backless shower chairs, commodes, bath transfer benches and other health supplies can be donated to the lending closet.
