Wausau Area Mobile Meals: On-Site Friday Morning Office Assistance. Between 8:30 and 10 a.m. each Friday, labels need to be adhered to meals for seniors in our area. Help make sure they are ready for delivery drivers by helping in the office for an hour or so. Contact 848-5848 or [email protected].

Blood Center of Northcentral WI: Donate Blood. During the donation process, only one pint of blood is drawn. People in need may not live without it. Healthy donors without any cold symptoms. Call 715 -842- 0761 first to make an appointment.

Big Brothers Big Sisters of Northcentral WI: Write a Note. Many children are on the waiting list to have a Big Brother or Big Sister. For these children, a note with positive messages will mean a lot while they wait for a match. Send a note, a joke, a coloring page, or printed fun crossword to the office to be forwarded to a child. Good News Project: Medical Equipment Donations. Knee scooters, lift chairs, short walkers (for users 4’6″ – 5’3″), backless shower chairs, commodes, bath transfer benches and other health supplies can be donated to the lending closet.
