Wausau Pilot & Review
This week’s Wausau-area featured cocktail takes us to the sandy beaches and crystal clear skies of The Blue Lagoon, where the cares of the day are washed away by the lapping of the waves and the sun on your face.
The recipe comes from The Palms Supper Club and was created by Penny Borchardt.
The Blue Lagoon
- 3 oz. vodka
- 3 oz. blue Curacao
- 1 tsp. simple syrup
- Club soda
- Fresh lemon, lime and orange
To create this drink, measure 2 oz. vodka, 3 oz. blue Curacao, 1 tsp. of simple syrup and top with club soda. Add a squeeze of lemon, lime and orange and garnish with your favorite citrus fruit.
