Red Cross: Shelter Workers: Open to Deployment. Due to predictions for an active hurricane and wildfire season and the complexities of COVID-19, training is occurring now to help support emergency shelters. Community Blood Center: Merrill: Blood Drive Registration. Welcome and assist donors at blood drives throughout the county and at the donor center in Merrill. Orientation and training is provided. NCHC: Furniture and Linens Donation Opportunity. North Central Health Care is currently in need of a small kitchen table and chairs, small bookshelf, nightstand along with a blanket & pillow. Please contact Beth directly at 715-370-0168 to arrange pickup.
