MARSHFIELD – Marshfield led from start to finish and defeated D.C. Everest 64-46 in a Wisconsin Valley Conference boys basketball game Friday night at Marshfield High School.

D.C. Everest was held to 29 percent shooting, going 15-for-51 from the field, and were just 4-for-20 from 3-point range in the loss. The Evergreens fall to 6-10 overall and 5-3 in the WVC.

Marcus Hall scored 14 points and grabbed 11 rebounds, and Cohen Priebe added 12 points for D.C. Everest.

Carson Kvernen had 13 points and Chase Hinson added 11 for Marshfield, which remains undefeated in the Wisconsin Valley Conference at 8-0 and improves to 10-4 after winning for the 10th time in its last 11 games.

D.C. Everest hosts Eau Claire North on Tuesday.
