SCHOFIELD – The D.C. Everest girls basketball team dropped a home game to Marshfield 65-48 on Friday night at D.C. Everest High School.

Kiara Hammond scored 24 points for the Evergreens, who fall to 8-12 overall and 3-6 in the WVC.

Dani Minsaas led Marshfield with 25 points as the Tigers improve to 10-8 and 6-3 in the Valley.

D.C. Everest plays at Stevens Point on Thursday.
