While not an official category, Forbes also praised the organization’s digital banking platform, noting the impressive rankings of the Connexus App on both the App Store and Google Play.
To select this year’s winners, Forbes Advisor analyzed a mix of traditional brick-and-mortar banks, online banks, and credit unions, ranking each in weighted categories including APY, fees, accessibility of funds, customer experience and digital experience.
