WAUSAU – More money went into the stock market in 2021 than in the past two decades combined, as the global pandemic sparked a wave of new investors eager to build on their pandemic savings in the marketplace. At the same time, the market has undergone some wild fluctuations as fears over rising inflation continue, leaving many people wondering how best to safely save and invest their earnings.

At 10 a.m. today, Feb. 18, WPR’s “Route 51” Executive Producer Rick Reyer welcomes Eau Claire financial advisor Kevin McKinley for a discussion on best practices for personal finance, from investing in the stock market to planning for retirement and more.

Listeners are encouraged to ask their own questions by calling 800-780-9742 or email questions to [email protected].
