TOMAHAWK — A 36-year-old woman who was partially ejected from her vehicle is recovering Sunday following a single vehicle rollover crash Saturday afternoon, police said.
The crash was reported at 2:50 p.m. on CTH D, according to the Lincoln County Sheriff’s Department. When first responders arrived, they found the woman’s vehicle, which had been traveling westbound, had entered the ditch and overturned. Police say the woman had lost control of her vehicle.
The driver, the sole occupant of the vehicle, was flown by MedEvac helicopter to Aspirus Wausau Hospital. Her injuries appear to be non life threatening, police said.
The crash remains under investigation. The victim’s name has not yet been released.
