NEWS RELEASE – REI Engineering, Inc.’s President/Owner Jeny Nieuwenhuis recently spoke on a panel for “Baby Business 2: Strengthening Today’s Workforce, Preparing Tomorrow’s” presented by the United Way at Northcentral Technical College.
Ms. Nieuwenhuis joined other panel members to discuss the importance of building a family-friendly workplace. Business and community leaders talked about what local early childhood issues impact current or prospective employees and explored how our community can retain quality employees, reduce absenteeism, increase productivity, and ensure future generations of a skilled, educated workforce.
