WAUSAU — Compass Properties LLC will hold a ribbon cutting ceremony at 4:30 p.m. on Thursday, April 12 at the CitySquare Office Center located at 500 North Third Street. The event will mark the completed renovation and expansion of CenterSpace, located on the first floor of the building. The ribbon cutting will be followed by an open house for tenants and their employees and invited guests.

“We’re excited about CenterSpace,” said Mark Craig, General Manager of Compass Properties LLC. “The project encompasses a $250,000 remodeling effort to provide new amenities for our tenants and businesses located within CitySquare.”

The new CenterSpace enhances the professional space for CitySquare tenants with modern culture and amenities to help them attract and retain employees. The training facilities and multimedia conference room will also be available for Wausau business groups to host events.

CenterSpace includes a new strength and cardio fitness center, a training room, a multimedia conference room, a full kitchen facility and an indoor bicycle storage area.

CitySquare Office Center offers eight stories and 165,000 square feet of office space in downtown Wausau.
