HAZELHURST– Officials have released the names of three crew members who died when their air ambulance helicopter crashed late Thursday near Minocqua. Gregory Rosenthal, 43, of Mosinee; Rico Caruso, 34, of Hazelhurst; and 30-year old Klint Mitchell of Watersmeet died in the crash, police said.
The crew was headed back to northern Wisconsin after transporting a patient to Madison when contact was lost with the aircraft, officials said.
