WAUSAU — Registration is now open for the second annual Haunted Train Ride at Marathon Junction in Marathon Park in Wausau.
The ride will be held from 1 p.m. to 4 p.m. and 5 p.m. to 7 p.m. Oct. 28. Participants must register ahead of time at the Wausau & Marathon County Parks, Recreation & Forestry Department. Call 715-261-1550. Rides are scheduled in 15-minute blocks and are open to children and adults. Children younger than 12 must be accompanied by an adult; and children must be at least 7 years of age to ride from 5 p.m. to 7 p.m.
Tickets cost $5 per person and include the train ride, crafting and a goodie bag. Fees will be collected on the day of the event.
