WAUSAU PILOT AND REVIEW
WAUPACA COUNTY — A 17-year-old boy is dead following a two-vehicle crash Sunday, according to the Waupaca County Sheriff’s Department.
The crash happened at about 4:25 p.m. on Hwy. 45, just north of CTH N
The sheriff’s office said that the boy who died was traveling south when he, lost control and crossed into the northbound lane, striking an oncoming vehicle.
The boy died from his injuries.
No names will be released until family members are notified.
The crash remains under investigation.
