WAUSAU — Sen. Jerry Petrowski-R, Rep. John Spiros-R and Rep. Pat Snyder-R will hold a listening session from 10 a.m. to noon March 29 to hear from constituents about their priorities for the 2019-2021 biennial budget.

The listening session will be held at the Timberwolf Conference Center at Northcentral Technical College, 1000 W. Campus Drive in Wausau.

On Feb. 28, Gov. Tony Evers-D delivered his budget address and proposed budget for the upcoming biennium. His budget proposal is now in the State Legislature, where lawmakers will have the opportunity to review and propose changes to it.

“It is our job to bring the priorities of central Wisconsin and our constituents to the budget discussion happening in Madison. We encourage individuals to join us Friday to share what they believe is most important to moving Wisconsin, and our area, forward,” the legislators said in a news release.
