WAUSAU – Glendon Peterson has been named to the position of executive vice president and CFO, River Valley Bank and IncredibleBank announced today. Peterson, a 15-year veteran of the bank, has held various finance positions at River Valley and was most recently senior vice president – controller.
In his new role, Peterson will be responsible for the bank’s capital, financial planning, reporting and projecting/accounting practices, as well as its relationship with lending institutions, auditors, shareholders and the financial community, according to the bank. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in accountancy from the University of Wisconsin – Lacrosse and is a certified public accountant. Previous to his work at River Valley, Peterson spent six years at the national accounting firm, Wipfli, where his area of practice included auditing financial institutions.
