Sun Prairie police say they’ve arrested a driver for his tenth drunken driving charge after finding him passed out behind the wheel.
Jason Pollock, 41, was found in the car at the intersection of West Main Street and Bird Street at around 6:45 a.m. Sunday, police said. Pollock was booked on tentative charges of felony operating while intoxicated, operating after revocation and on a probation and parole hold.
Court records show Pollock was convicted in February 2017 of his 9th OWI offense. He was released from prison in April 2018 after earning early release, and was on extended supervision at the time of his most recent arrest.
Charges are expected to be filed early this week.
