WAUSAU — The Boys & Girls Club of the Wausau Area has hired Tiffany Rodriguez-Lee as its grants and outcomes director, the Boys & Girls Club announced this week. Rodriguez-Lee will work with the executive team to plan and execute resource development strategies through grant writing, outcomes measurement and strategic plan progress reporting. This role is central to connecting philanthropic organizations to meaningful and successful programs that enrich and transform the lives of young people, the club said in a news release. Rodriguez-Lee spent the last two years as the assistant executive director of the Wausau River District – Wausau’s Main Street organization, helping provide leadership and coordination to efforts to create and preserve a downtown that benefits the entire community. Her dedication to youth includes a prior professional role with the Girl Scouts of the Northwestern Great Lakes, where she continues to volunteer as a troop leader. Rodriguez-Lee earned her Bachelor’s degree in creative writing from Rasmussen College and is pursuing her Master’s degree. She will join the Boys & Girls Club team in February.
