WAUSAU — Wausau West High School student Rachel Hartman has been named the Wausau West DECA member of the month for January.
Hartman, who is the president of her chapter, coordinates and facilitates meetings, plans DECA activities and secures business partners, among others responsibilities.
“In the past four years, (Rachel) has created huge impacts on her chapter, school district and community,” Wausau West DECA said in a news release.
