At least one person was injured Tuesday in a single vehicle rollover crash near Wausau, according to preliminary scanner traffic.
The crash was reported at about 9:15 a.m. in the eastbound lanes of Hwy. 29 at mile marker 164.
Witnesses report seeing a green sedan rolled over with the driver trapped inside. A child was also inside the vehicle when the crash happened but was outside the vehicle when rescue crews arrived.
Emergency workers were paged to the scene and were working to extract the woman from the vehicle at about 9:20 a.m.
The severity of the woman’s injuries is not yet known.
