An investigation is underway into the death of a contractor who was killed in what officials describe as a “serious accident” at a Wisconsin Rapids paper mill over the weekend.
The accident was reported at about 2 p.m. Saturday, Feb. 29 at the Verso Corporation mill, officials said in a release.
The name of the victim is being withheld at this time.
No additional information about the incident has been officially released.
