WAUSAU – Northcentral Technical College will hold a virtual open house from 4 p.m. to 6 p.m. today, May 20. This free event will use Zoom technology to connect participants to faculty and staff who can answer questions or help participants explore program options.

“With the uncertainty of the fall semester learning, students will also have an opportunity to learn about our new liberal arts degree which offers guaranteed transfer to UW-Madison and other UW colleges,” said Dr. Lori Weyers, President of NTC, in a news release.

Attend one or several sessions to learn about getting started at NTC, Timberwolf Suites, paying for college and more. This event is also an opportunity for high school juniors to commit to college by applying to NTC early. Application fees will also be wavied, which is a savings of $30.

The schedule for the night is:

4 – 4:30 p.m. — Program exploration sessions with faculty and staff

4:30 – 5 p.m. — Breakout sessions

5 – 5:30 p.m. — Program exploration sessions with faculty and staff

5:30 – 6 p.m. — Breakout sessions
