WAUSAU – This summer’s Sid Kyler River Valley Jazz Festival and the Jazz on the River Concert Series have been canceled because of health concerns over COVID-19, the River Valley Jazz Society announced this week.
Both events will return in the summer of 2021.
Efforts of the Jazz Society will be shifted toward an all new fundraiser to be held on Jan. 23, 2021. The Jazz for a Winter’s Night fundraiser will be held at the Grand Theater and will showcase local jazz musicians.
