The Central Wisconsin Storm girls hockey team picked up a pair of wins over the weekend, defeating the St. Croix Valley Fusion 4-1 on Friday night at Baldwin, and topping the Western Wisconsin Stars 5-2 on Saturday afternoon at Somerset.

Gabrielle duVair scored twice, and Samantha Federici and Gabi Heuser added goals for the Storm in the win Friday as goalie Claire Calmes made 18 saves in the victory.

Federici scored twice, and Heuser, Dru Subatke and duVair had goals in the Storm’s victory over Western Wisconsin on Saturday.

The Storm improves to 16-3 and will next play Tuesday at Minocqua against the Northern Edge.
