Your letters: Laws need to change to eliminate homelessness

Dear editor,

Wow! Dave Svetlik from Kronenwetter was spot on in his March 25 letter to the editor, “Poverty, homelessness are signs of a society in decline.”

To save our country and our future we need to come together to change the laws favoring and encouraging greed. Forget about voting a party. Find a candidate who will pledge not to take PAC money or huge donations from businesses and corporations and will work to overturn Citizens United. This is the ONLY way to create a society that will address the needs of all of us, not just the rich and powerful.
