Marathon County Crime Stoppers is asking for any information you may have regarding a residential fire and theft of property at a home in the Town of Easton.
At about 8:15 a.m. on Sat., Aug. 26, several Fire Department and law enforcement personnel responded to a residential fire on East Tower Road. Investigators there discovered several boxes of commercial fireworks stolen as well as several game cameras.
No one was home at the time of the fire and it was reported by a passerby, according to Marathon County Crime Stoppers. The home was not insured and is a total loss.
