GREEN BAY — A 16-year-old boy and his 21-year-old brother arrested in Green Bay are expected to face murder charges in Arizona in connection with the death of a 48-year-old man.

The 21-year-old suspect has been identified as Charles Miller. The name of the teen suspect has not been released.

The arrests stem from an investigation that launched Jan. 10, after the former wife of victim Jon Clarke found him dead at his Phoenix home. Police say Clarke was tied up with duct tape and had been beaten.

Clarke was a business owner who ran an auto wholesale business, according to family members.

Detectives, along with the U.S. Marshall’s Office, determined that Miller could be headed to a Green Bay home. Local police then watched the home until Phoneix police could arrive in Wisconsin, according to the report.

Miller and his brother were both arrested for their suspected roles in the crime, police said. No additional details were immediately available, and police have not released a motive in Clark’s murder.

Phoenix police say the brothers are both expected to be charged with murder, armed robbery, kidnapping, and vehicle theft.
