WAUSAU – Woodson YMCA will hold American Red Cross certified lifeguard training courses beginning in June.
Participants will gain the knowledge and skills needed to prevent and respond quickly to aquatic emergencies. Participants must be 15 years of age. All materials are included. Certification is issued upon successful completion of the course.
The course at the Wausau Branch will be held from June 18 to June 21. Registration closes one week prior to the start of the class. The Lifeguard Training Course fee is $175 for Y members and $195 for nonmembers.
