TOWN OF RICHMOND — Police have identified the victim in a single vehicle moped as Richard Peterman, 69, of Shawano.
The crash was reported just after 4 p.m. Sunday on CTH MMM in the town of Richmond, according to the Shawano County Sheriff’s Department. The driver of the moped, the only person involved in the crash, was pronounced dead at the scene, police said.
The cause of the crash is under investigation.
