MERRILL — Mark your calendars! The sixth annual Merrill Community Night Out will be held Aug. 28 at the Merrill Festival Grounds.

Representatives from service organizations, law enforcement agencies and other businesses will be available to talk about what they offer. Organizations include Northcentral Technical College, Merrill Park & Rec Department, Merrill Police, Wisconsin State Patrol and Merrill Area Community Enrichment Center, among others.

The event, which also offers free food, activities and presentations by Merrill Fire EMS and Merrill Police K9, will be held from 5 p.m. to 8 p.m.
