WAUSAU — Wisconsin Public Radio’s “Route 51”  will feature a conversation on the impact of climate change on north central Wisconsin at 10 a.m. Thursday, Aug. 30.

Michael Notaro, associate director of the Nelson Institute Center for Climatic Research at UW-Madison, and Katherine Clancy, professor of water resources at the UW-Stevens Point College of Natural Resources, join the conversation. The discussion includes the evidence of climate change globally and in Wisconsin, its effect on Lake Superior and other regional bodies of water, and the projections of its impact in the years ahead.
