WAUSAU — Be Your Own Kind of Beautiful is a night that promises to help reduce stress in your life. Join the Aspiring Women for a night of health education, fun activities and tasty food.
Aspirus Family Physician Noel Sonnek, MD, will review the connection between stress, health and disease, and attendees will learn strategies to manage their stress.
The event will be held on Oct. 2 at the Stoney Creek Hotel and Conference Center in Rothschild. Check-in and a cash bar will run from 5 p.m. to 5:45 pm. Sonnek’s session will follow and conclude at 7 p.m.
Attendees can enjoy a free light salad, dessert, Aspiring Women gift and live music. There will also be a cash bar.
