STEVENS POINT — Family nurse practitioner Sandy Albinger has joined the Breast Care Center at Ascension St. Michael’s Hospital.
As a nurse practitioner specializing in breast health, Albinger coordinates preventive and diagnostic care as part of the multi-disciplinary Breast Care Center, which opened in October 2018.
“I strive to actively and compassionately listen to patient concerns as if they were a member of my own family,” Albinger said in an Ascension news release.
Albinger earned her doctor of nursing practice from the University of Wisconsin-Madison. She also holds a Master of Science in nursing from the University of Wisconsin-Eau Claire and completed her undergraduate studies in nursing at Viterbo College, La Crosse.
