MENOMONIE, Wis. (AP) — Authorities say at least three snowmobilers were killed in weekend crashes in Wisconsin.

In western Wisconsin, a 28-year-old man from rural Boyceville was killed when he crashed on Saturday. Dunn County authorities say the man was driving on a designated snowmobile trail when he apparently lost control, left the trail and was thrown. He died at the scene.

Authorities in northeastern Wisconsin say a woman was killed Saturday night when her snowmobile collided with a car. The Langlade County Sheriff’s Office says the 41-year-old woman who was driving the snowmobile was pronounced dead at the scene of the crash, which happened at an intersection. No one else was hurt.

In northern Wisconsin, the Iron County Sheriff’s Office says a 43-year-old woman died after her snowmobile collided with a semi-truck Friday.
