WAUSAU PILOT AND REVIEW

The National Weather Service has issued a winter weather advisory for Marathon County as yet another storm system makes its way through the area.

Snow will overspread the area quickly this morning. Plan on hazardous travel conditions. Roads will probably already be starting to become slippery during the morning commute, and are likely to be hazardous for the afternoon commute.

Between 4 and 7 inches of snow is possible for the area. The advisory remains in effect until 9 p.m.

A winter weather advisory for snow means periods of snow will cause primarily travel difficulties. Expect snow covered roads with limited visibility and use caution while driving.
