WAUSAU — The Paper Cities Kennel Club will hold barn hunt trials Aug. 16 through Aug. 18 at the Stable Hands Equine Therapy Center, 10710 Evergreen Drive, Wausau.
The trials will be run under the Barn Hunt Association rules and regulations and are open to dogs of any breed or mix that can fit through a tunnel that is 18” wide and the height of a bale. Dogs must be older than six months old to compete.
A Crazy8s class begins at 6 p.m. Aug. 16. Instinct, novice, open, senior, master and Crazy8s classes begin at 9 a.m. both Aug. 17 and 18.
Register in advance at barnhunt.com. Spectators are welcome throughout the trials.
