Four men, all of whom were convicted of child sex assault charges, will live in Wausau after being released from prison in December, according to the Wausau Police Department.

All four men will be living in transitional housing near the Marathon County Courthouse and will be on highly restricted schedules with time out in the community for work and treatment, police said.

The four men being released are:

  • Jordan A. Gautreax, 26, will be released Dec. 10. Gautreax, who went by the nickname “Rabbit,” was convicted in August 2015 of second degree sexual assault of a child and of child enticement, in a case that involved 12-year-old and 14-year-old girls. He is subject to lifetime supervision of serious sex offenders, according to online court records.
  • Domnic West, 28, will be released Dec. 3. West was released before but was returned to prison after cutting off his GPS monitor in Wausau in 2018. West served a four-year prison term after being convicted in 2013 on charges of second degree sexual assault of a child, child enticement/prostitution, exposing genitals to a child and fourth degree sexual assault, according to court documents. He will remain on active supervision until December 2021.
  • Kevin D. Vanmieghem, 37, will be released Dec. 3. Vanmieghem was convicted in 2008 of third degree sexual assault and second degree sexual assault of a child. His active supervision will end Dec. 31, 2021.
  • Zachery S. Martin, 30, is set for release on Dec. 31. He was convicted in 2009 of second degree sexual assault of a child and will remain on supervision until January 2033.
