This week’s Wausau-area featured cocktail offers up an utterly fabulous taste of the tropics, perfect for a warm summer evening.
The recipe comes from The Palms Supper Club and was created by Penny Borchardt.
Melon Mai Tai
- 2 oz. rum
- 1 oz. melon liqueur
- 1 oz. sweet and sour mix
- 2 oz. pineapple juice
To create this drink, measure 2 oz. of rum, 1 oz. melon liqueur, 1 oz. of your favorite sweet and sour mix and 2 oz. of pineapple juice. Garnish with an orange and a cherry.
