Wausau Pilot & Review
One person is injured Friday after a single vehicle crash at the Hwy. 51 southbound ramp to Hwy. 29.
The crash happened just before 9 a.m. at 4700 State Road 29, which is close to Menards in Wausau. A passenger inside the vehicle reported injuries that appear to be minor, according to emergency scanner traffic.
Rescue crews were paged to the scene. No additional injuries have so far been reported.
Police and rescue crews responded to numerous crashes Friday morning after snowfall that left some slippery spots in the area. Drivers are urged to use caution while traveling.
