The following incidents were reported to the Everest Metro Police Department between Feb. 16 through Feb. 22, 2024. Click here to view or download the log in PDF format.

  • Warrant Arrest: On Feb. 16, officers apprehended a person with an active warrant on the 1500 block of Metro Drive, City of Schofield. The individual was detained on the warrant, clearing the case by arrest.
  • Crash TPD: Two separate traffic incidents on Feb. 16 resulted in no injuries. The first occurred at Alderson Street and Grossman Drive, City of Schofield, involving a vehicle backing into another. The second took place in a parking lot on the 2700 block of Schofield Avenue, Village of Weston. Both cases are inactive.
  • Assault – Simple: Officers responded to a family disturbance on the 5900 block of Pine Terrace, Village of Weston, at 6:41 p.m., Feb. 16. An informational report was filed, and the case is now inactive.
  • Drug/Narcotic Violations: One person was found in possession of marijuana near the 6000 block of Alderson Street, Village of Weston, on Feb. 16. The individual was referred for THC possession, clearing the case by referral.
  • All Other Offenses: On Feb. 17, at 4:23 p.m., a response to a family disturbance on the 6000 block of Birch Street, Village of Weston, led to an arrest for misdemeanor bail jumping. The case is cleared by arrest.
  • OWI/DUI: Three incidents of operating while intoxicated (1st offense) occurred. The first arrest was made during a traffic stop near Camp Phillips Road and Lahr Avenue, Village of Weston, on Feb. 18. The second followed a vehicle location effort on Schofield Avenue at Mesker Street, Village of Weston, early on Feb. 18. The third incident involved dispatch to a report of a possible intoxicated driver on the 7000 block of Schofield Avenue, Village of Weston, on Feb. 19. All cases are cleared by arrest.
  • Theft – Shoplifting: A retail theft reported on the 2700 block of Schofield Avenue, Village of Weston, at approximately 12:33 on Feb. 18, led to the identification of the party involved and the issuance of a municipal citation for retail theft, clearing the case by arrest.
