This week’s cocktail is cool and refreshing, the perfect springtime sipper to enjoy. The Cucumber Margarita is an original recipe from The Palms Supper Club, and was created by Penny Borchardt.

Cocktail of the Week: Cucumber Margarita

  • 1 1/2 oz. Silver tequila
  • 1 oz. Cucumber juice
  • 1/2 oz. Triple sec
  • 1/2 oz. Lime juice
  • 1/2 oz. Simple syrup
  • Cucumber slices, for garnish

Salt the top of a margarita glass, the combine all liquids in a shaker. Pour into the prepared glass, garnish with cucumber slices and serve.
