Police are investigating an apparent homicide in Park Falls, according to a press statement.
Few details about the death have been publicly released. WJFW reports the death as a shooting that was reported Saturday, April 13 near the 600 block of Second Avenue North.
Police in Park Falls say there is no apparent danger to the public. Park Falls is a small community of about 2,400 people in Price County.
The Wisconsin Department of Justice is leading the investigation.
